When a European manufacturer of water treatment equipment needed reliable level measurement of their neutralization tanks, they turned to Flowline. Their portable systems reclaim, neutralize, filter and return process water back into use, lowering water consumption and prolonging the life of wet process equipment. Prior to membrane filtration, acid and lime are dosed into the stage one mix tanks. There the engineers were dissatisfied with previous ultrasonic level sensors that became intermittent whenever condensation droplets formed on the transducers, attenuating their acoustic signals.
