Low-Dielectric Chemical Tank Radar Level Measurement

When an East Coast aerospace manufacturer needed reliable level measurement of their bulk storage tanks, they turned to Flowline. The firm makes specialty alloys and related chemicals for the aerospace market. The chemicals are highly corrosive, vaporous and low-dielectric, and thus difficult to measure. The I&C supervisor said that a competitive radar didn’t work well during tank filling due to agitation, and asked for a reliable solution.
