Reliable Cooling Tower Water Sump Ultrasonic Level Measurement

When a Northeast hospital needed reliable level measurement of their cooling tower sumps, they turned to Flowline. The weather changes from hot and humid to rain or snow, and the outdoor towers are exposed to everything. The integrator designed two seasonally optimized water make-up systems with level sensors measuring the towers manifold. Hospital maintenance was tired of replacing float and conductance level switches, so they required non-contact level sensors that will perform across their environmental challenges. For this reason, Flowline suggested our reflective ultrasonic sensors installed in their manifold tanks.
